babark: No idea. But going on the response to the last question, I guess my gut says he was town. I'm still assuming there are 3 scum out there.
Don't plan on voting for maybes this time.
avatar
babark: Been pretty sure about one of those two since day 1. Sometimes everyone else agrees with me, but most of the time it seems you all have a better option that you think is more worth it. And then like the last day, I give up and join the most likely wagon. Not happening this time.
vote trentonlf
Could you remind us all what makes you so certain about trentonlf?

What will you do if it comes close to No-Lynch?

drealmer7: I find these zika jokes rather distasteful.

Shall we make HIV jokes too?

classy
Agreed.

The zika jokes are really messin' with my head.
He's been acting weird throughout the game, if you haven't noticed. And oddly enough, nobody is mentioning his weird switch at the start. He could be part of a team along with drealmer7, or he could be on his own. Either way, at least he'd be scum.

I'm just tired of going for 2nd choices I'm not really invested in. Hopefully if it comes to that, I'll have better reasons to switch.

HOW ABOUT THE PLAN THEN MAN

Want to start with drealmer instead?

Trent, HSL, what do you think?

I think there are 3 scum left and that babark and JMich are two of them. The third I see as either RW or drealmer, but I am leaning more toward RW so I would prefer the lynch be between either JMich, babark, or RW.

OK, so now that you know there are exactly three evil and ten good in the game, your theory that there could be a player on his own, or only a two-man team, are both shot.

You and trent suspect each other.

There aren't enough votes to lynch trent, and I won't hammer him.

What are you going to do now?

Hahah...a band of people, all who suspect each other to some level, joining together to vote for a 3rd party, which is none of theirs first choice.

drealmer7 has no votes right now. Even if you get 4, that still won't be a majority.

I know, right?

But what else ya got?
I'm curious as to the nature of this "Majority not needed" mechanic thing. You seem to believe it is some sort of benevolent thing only applying to scum.
I see no reason why that would be so. I just figured it was some sort of permanent vote someone (crist?) put in place before she left.
Seeing as you're in no danger from scum, could you elaborate as to whether or not such a thing could possibly exist? Or are you not allowed to? :D

If it IS a benevolent thing, that opens up a whole world of possibilities, and could potentially save us. This means that no scum could not even temporarily vote for one of their own if they're already at 4 votes.
Also, it brings to mind an interesting thought experiment. If I understand it correctly, no amount of unvoting can unvote someone who's already been voted to be lynched (whether majority or not). So if someone got almost half the votes (trentonlf, for example?), and then voted for himself, then unvoted himself in the same post, Would that vote still count and be final?

Did you know trentonlf as a forum mafia player before this game?

And it looks like you have to make up your mind sooner than later; as you yourself noticed - a tad too amused by it, I must say - reaching majority is going to be a struggle. Are you willing to let it go to No-Lynch?

Have to wonder why you're reluctant about drealmer7. I mean, you've been on his case for practically the whole game, and still haven't discarded the chance he's Mafia.

Good questions.

I do not know with 100% certainty it could only apply to Scum. It's more of a "fairness yardstick". Town is already so behind the 8-ball in this setup, to make it easier to lynch Town at the end just seems grossly unfair.

I don't even know if one of my fellow ghosts had anything to do with it. It's possible, but I'll tell you that if one of them did it, I don't have the same capabilities they did.

And yes, if you hammer anybody - including yourself - and then unvote even in the same post, it's over regardless. Once the hammer drops, everything after that is noise.
Because of his more recent actions, including his reaction towards the voting for HijacK and his reveal mostly, I guess.

But as I mentioned, even if yog gets all the votes for drealmer7, (me, yours, trent's and his own finally), that would still only give us 4, which is not enough. So I'm still not getting the point of this line of action.

Oh, it's worse than that. I won't use my vote at all unless we're at the deadline and it's needed to hammer.

We have to get five votes not including me on somebody.

trent and HSL seem to generally be on board. Looking at chickenwings' last two votes, I'd guess he would be willing. If he comes online for long eough.

I can tell you flub will almost certainly be in, especially if we change targets to drealmer, and probably even if we don't. Again, he has to be here, though.

That means we need one more.

Hmmmmm.... one more... one more... Where could we get one more?

HypersomniacLive: Did you know trentonlf as a forum mafia player before this game?
I didn't, no. Why, does he often pull this sort of stuff off? If so, is that a reason to excuse it this time?
trentonlf currently has 3 votes. Since I am being asked for a course of action, how about we get 2 more people to vote for him? If not yog, someone else? He's been in a lot of crosshairs this game.

yogsloth: [...] Wyrm doesn't have a vote. [...]

HypersomniacLive: snip

lotsofchickenwings is already voting JMich, remains to be seen if he's willing to vote RWarehall. But that would still mean we need two more votes to test out your plan.

HypersomniacLive: The zika permitting, will we hear from you today?
I'm listening.

It's tempting - and if we were playing live id say "f it - let's do it." But I've put too much time in to this to all of a sudden say I'll vote willy nilly - now if it was Babark - sure. Although - his "math" reveal was interesting :). Finally - someone claiming vanilla town! Lolz.

RW is reading weird to me -- but I need to hear more.

@yogs - I like how you come back in rejuvenated and guns a blazing. And I'm not forgetting that RE started as a4plz. No dig - just saying a4plz had some scummy thoughts that were given benefit of the doubt.

I'll say this - I'm more convinced of your take on RW, than on RW's take that Flubb is scum.

Random note on Trent - I've been thinking about his meta switch. I really don't think he'd have done so had he been scum. That's a big ask to get people to believe. I don't think he'd have been that cavalier on D2.

Hmmmmm- what about Drealmer and Jmich on a team voting for Trent ? Although - I still think Drealmer really didn't want hijack to go.

Speaking of - does a4 / RW get a free pass for hammering Hijack? Didn't have time to post - or convenient killing of. Someone town.

I don't know. How to ya'll keep track of everything ?
