Game #24. Pushing an algebra theory as instant win for town when possible scenarios that could end up bad for town were being brought up. Saying most scum are lurkers. Today you seemed to call for the lynch of lurkers solely based on the reason of little activity. I'll go back and check for more. I like when you say you've made no mistakes. Gives me something to do to disprove your point.
You stated that we should lynch the lurkers because they don't contribute. (i.e. in your mind contributing = posting) What if I told you one could post once every 2 days and still contribute more than someone who posts every couple of hours? You see. You think of contribution in terms of numbers. I look at contributions in terms of information. So yes, the sentence does make sense, if you for once stopped looked at thing from an algebra perspective.
Mind to point me to one post in which you indicated that lurkers may provide useful input in the few posts they have? I'll patiently wait for it.
Never said it's brilliant, but go ahead and believe that.
You lost me at 3. What does cultural upbringing have anything to do with that? Needless to say English as a language doesn't have to do much with communication as a whole. It's a means of communication and does not dictate the pace. Not only that, but do keep in mind appearances mislead. Based on my profile, where do you think I live right now?
yogsloth: In your brain, does this sentence somehow not come out as a contradiction in terms? Did it make sense at the time?
Let's analyze the sentence then, oh you, the player who makes no mistakes./end sarcasm You stated that we should lynch the lurkers because they don't contribute. BlueMooner: , as I ask stupid questions while subtly manipulating people with my subliminal thought control.
Some people believe them. BlueMooner: Ooookay. And FYI, my "what are you hiding" was NOT a legitimate question. You seem to have misunderstood the tone and connotation completely, or are pretending you did. So, let me ask you a few out-of-game questions, which you are of course free to ignore:
I was entirely sarcastic when I asked you if it's a legitimate question. If you go back and re-read the post, you'll also notice I called the question childish, fodder, and distracting. BlueMooner: 1) Do you use speech-to-text software when you post?
2) Have you seen Monty Python and all of their Spanish Inquisition skits?
3) What is your approximate age? 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45+?
4) Is your cultural upbringing Romanian, or from an english-speaking country?
I don't see the point of such questions. *ignores them and flees away* 2) Have you seen Monty Python and all of their Spanish Inquisition skits?
3) What is your approximate age? 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45+?
4) Is your cultural upbringing Romanian, or from an english-speaking country?
BlueMooner: I ask because when I see misunderstandings and miscommunications online (or the chance that's occurring), I try to get a better handle on whom I'm speaking with, to better figure out where or what is causing confusion. I want to see if:
Ah, I see. Noble cause, but not the time or place for this. You lost me at 3. What does cultural upbringing have anything to do with that?
