supplementscene: There's women who have squated weights of 700lbs and women who have run 10.5 seconds for the 100m. Less than 0.1% of men will ever hit either of those marks.
avatar
Socratatus: 0.1%? You are lying. I could ask you to post evidence, but there isn`t any. However there`s plenty of evidence of men being the strongest and fastest over women. And MOST men are stronger and faster than women. Exceptions are only as I explained above which you choose to ignore.

All these have been beaten by men. NO woman has ever matched the higheststrength/running feats of men.
avatar
supplementscene: The best men will beat the best women physically but the best women are still levels above the average man.
avatar
Socratatus: This makes absolutely no sense and you are now just showing you`re a feminist who won`t accept reality.
avatar
supplementscene: When it comes to fighting that is generally less so because of women's lesser bone density.
avatar
Socratatus: It is about strength, density, mass, mentality and thousands of years of genetics that enables men to be far superior in warfare than women. The evidence is before your eyes. Your cognitive dissonance is amazing.
LOL what percentage of men do you think can squat 700lbs and/or run a 10.49 second 100m?

You're obviously someone who has never set foot in a gym if you don't know how extremely rare a fecking 700lb squat has and never actually ran if you don't know how rare a fecking 10.49 second 100m is.

Socratatus: ps. If you are male, and If you want a girlfriend, if you want to be happy, you gotta stop whiteknighting for girls and sucking up to them. They won`t like you more, in fact they`ll despise you
Did you read that on the interwebz brah? Dudes on this thread want to know all about your game theories, SRS

I read it from my own experience of real life. You certainly won`t learn anything from my advice so that`s why it`s not directed at you. You`ll have to learn from reality... and reality is a very harsh teacher.

That`s the last I`ll waste on you.

What if I'm female and want a girlfriend?

(Ignoring the fact that what I quoted is incorrect, particularly if the girl is smart.)

Not applicable.

Girl to girl relationships are completely different from boy to girl relationships.

Did anyone mention Ice Pirates yet?

Btw: Don't underestimate women. They can be pretty creepy sometimes...

That's not funny!
I knew a guy who had Space Herpes! It was terrible!

Sure, the conveyor belt scene was scary as hell, like for every other guy, but I liked the movie as a kid...

I have learned from my own experience of real life that elephants do not exist, equator is a myth, we have not been on the moon, and many other things I have not actually seen for myself.

I tend to read you as a virgin, so your real experiences of girls don't add up to a whole lot. But it is typical interwebz 'game theory' that isn't nuanced enough to stand up to real world scrutiny.
I'm smelling some toxic masculinity from that one S-user.

It's just plain ignorance paired with an inferiority complex that leads to a compulsion to degrade other people in order to compensate.

No wonder... a 12 yo with a mental age of 8 would be my guess.

No such thing as toxic masculinity. Without masculinity you wouldn`t even be here, misandrist.

There is such a thing as toxic femininity though as you have demonstrated.

SummonerYuna: As a genre, fantasy has been considered a lesser one, not worthy of much attention. But in my opinion, it's one of the most prolific and interesting ones out there.
A few more thoughts on this:

It's true that in the West "Fantasy" as a genre didn't always have the best standing. Scifi always had a better image - it has the "science" what-ifs (see Jules Verne) and philosophical depth (Utopia, Brave New World) right from the start, while even the most famous fantasy works like LotR factually were "entertainment" - or even seen as "pulp fiction" (Conan...).

But I think that has changed at least a bit. Writers like Marion Zimmer Bradley brought in serious themes like feminism (real feminism - not nowadays' Twitter rage groups...), Sapkovsky racial conflicts... and there are many many more who explore the "human condition" in fantastic worlds...

toxicTom: seen as "pulp fiction" (Conan...).
That's mainly movies fault. I mean, right now I am reading "Scarlet Citadel" and while this book has a some moments for sheer entertainment and titillage, it has also some thought provoking ideas. Like Conan actually trying to be a good ruler, because he had fought for the throne, while rightful kings (inherited their titles) don't concern themselves about lives of commonfolk and disregard Conan as barbarian because he is not from around here.

LootHunter: That's mainly movies fault.
Not really. Remember that the Conan stories were mainly published in pulp magazines like Weird Tales and Fantasy Fan. And those weren't regarded as "real literature". In that Robert E. Howard shared the fate of many scifi authors - but scifi already had acknowledged writers like Jules Verne or Mary Shelley and had even made it to film (ie. Fritz Lang's Metropolis).
