BenKii:
I was talking about a possible plan in the previous post so I will write my actions clearly here.

The Giant Tarantula is instructed to hold a position just outside the left door and defend itself against anyone who comes out of it. After everyone is in the right room (including Squee who hasn't posted yet) , I enter too. I cast Web at the left door while staying out of its range (the Giant Tarantula will love this). I close the right door. I look around the room for exits/portals or objects that could be/hide a portal. I also look for buttons, levers etc. If there is a hostile/hindering area of effect spell in the right room, for example fog, fire wall, etc. I cast Dispel Magic at it.

"Careful where you step friends. We are close to the exit, I feel it.

Updated with your new actions
40 - Gilius, dwarve, druid

Gilius casts one last Lightning Storm if he has enough time before the mast collapses.
Then, while it is collapsing, he gets out of the crow's nest and begins sliding along it all the way down to the bridge, Legolas-style (see link below), except that instead of sliding on stairs with a shield, he slides directly on the mast while it is falling down.

Meanwhile, the stone elemental runs to the base of the mast in order to catch Gilius at the end of his slide and ensure him a safe arrival. Then, if it all goes well, they do a high five together.
In case tentacles attack, the elemental tries to help free anyone they are holding nearby.

If Gilius still has time to act after this, he casts Heal on Stefareth unless Siegfried has already done it before, in which case he casts Bite of the Werewolf on himself instead, warning anybody nearby to NOT get too close.

67 - Rufus - Human Cleric (Divine Retaliation)

Rufus grabs one of the harpoons and casts "Fire weapon" on it.
"Holy God, help me here !" With both the harpoon and his silver light hammer in fire, Rufus jumps off the boat in order to pierce and stun the Kraken.

Squee follows the others through the right door. If there are no enemies to engage he attempts to set the gas trap in the doorway to cover their backs from any pursuers from the left door. Otherwise he tries to stick to the shadows and fires his crossbow at any hostile creatures.

Action Summary Updated
1 turn left to escape.

** TURN 19 **

Northern main tunnel:

57 - Siegfried - Human Paladin *rolls dice* you slash the tentacle keeping it at bay *rolls dice* before turning to cast Heal on Stefareth *rolls dice* success, the feeling returns to his legs as they heal.
*rolls dice* While you are distracted the tentacle smashes you across the boat *rolls dice* you feel ribs crack and are on your hands and knees gasping for breath.

45 - Loradan - Elven Mage you cast Invisibility on yourself and fly towards the exit *rolls dice* Lightening cracks around you. With guilt taking over, you turn and fire your Magic Missile wand towards the Kraken in the water. *rolls dice* Your aim is true but the magic missiles have little effect on a creature of such size.

55 - StrangerDanger - Elven Ranger seeing Peloquin with what looks like dynamite in a cake, you suggest he climb the mast for a better throw.

65 - Grom Grombly - Half-Orc Shaman seeing how successful your spell was last time you recast Lightning Storm *rolls dice* tentacles thrash about violently rocking the ship as lightening bolts pummel the Kraken. Several zombies are thrown overboard.

63 - Fish - Half Orc Berserker you advance on a thrashing tentacle *rolls dice* a burned Ettin zombie swings a bone club at the same tentacle *rolls dice* misses, instead smashing your left arm. It looks at you blankly.

40 - Gilius - Dwarven Druid you recast Lightning Storm, the air filled with the sound of thunder. With the mast leaning at an angle, you slide down *rolls dice* avoiding any nasty splinters and are caught by your Stone Elemental at the bottom.

67 - Rufus - Human Cleric you cast Fire Weapon on one of the harpoons that Peloquin brought up from below deck (not how the spell is meant to work but I'll let it slide). *rolls dice* You go to jump of the ship but your foot is entangled in a loose rope. *rolls dice* Cursing you throw the harpoon, watching it strike the body of the Kraken.

51 - Henz - Elf Thief *rolls dice* seeing Stefareth receive healing you take a deep breath and jump into the water, dagger in hand, looking for the Krakens eyes.

34 - Stefareth - Human Necromancer with your legs still in the process of healing, you crawl to the edge of the ship *rolls dice* avoiding any thrashing tentacles. Peering over the side you cast Grave Mist before yelling for BJ to get the ship moving.

*rolls dice* Where the tentacles are in contact with the grave mist they start to wither. The Kraken starts to retreat towards deeper water, dragging the ship with it.

68 - Peloquin - Dwarven Thief you yell for your companions to grab harpoons. *rolls dice* A tentacle smashes down in front of you. You tie your rope to a post and let it dangle below after lighting the dynamite sticks with a nearby lantern. *rolls dice* With most of the ice now smashed, you drop the cake onto the Kraken below *rolls dice* taking care to not touch the sinister looking mist on the water surface.
*rolls dice* You manage to climb back up just before a loud explosion rocks the ship, bits of gore showering you. There is a moaning sound below and the tentacles loosen their grip and slide back into the water.
One of the tentacles sweeps BJs rum overboard with it.
"Blithering Barnacles!" Captain BJ dives headfirst over the side of the ship into the water, desperately grasping for the rum bottles.

With the ship tilting to starboard and taking on water through several holes, Admiral Polly settles on the broken mast. Having finished his cracker, his eyes glow a bright red. Then with a loud sqwoark, the parrot frantically flaps his wings and the ship speeds through the water and out through a cave entrance before veering towards the right and land.

Polly lets the ships momentum carry it towards the wooded shore and flies back into cave.

45 - Loradan - Elven Mage seeing the ship speed off below you follow it to the cave entrance. As you leave the parrot passes you going the other way.
1 turn left to escape.

** TURN 19 **

Northern side tunnel:

61 - Vanathradil - Elf Mage you instruct your Tarantula to hold its position then cast a Web over the left door. You cautiously open the right door and enter beckoning for the others to follow. The room is bare bar a portal in the middle. Peering into the portal you see what looks like a basement on the other side. There are many ale kegs and wine bottles so maybe it is the basement of an inn?

21 - Danric the Exiled - Human Paladin you thank Hummer for his help and enter the right room where you see the portal.

1 - Hummer - Elven Ranger your bow at the ready, you enter the right room with the portal.

56 - Damon - Dwarf Warrior you rush to the right room but Vanathradil gets there first and opens the door. You enter and see a portal.

10 - Squee - Goblin Thief you follow the others into the right room, setting a gas trap just outside. You see the portal. *rolls dice* Your thief instincts notice two bricks slightly out of place in the wall behind the portal. You go over and remove the bricks to reveal a wall space full of gold coins and gems.

I wait until the ship stops at the land. I cautiously look at my surroundings for a safe place to get down. I whisper a thanksgiving prayer for being able to see again the sunlight. I seathe my silver sword and randomly choose a path to follow in search of a new adventure.

"What's the goblin doing over there at the wall? It could activate a trap and kill us or disable the portal. Do you think it's jeopardizing our escape, Damon? Maybe I should cast a lightning bolt at him to ensure our safety, Hummer? And what do you think, righteous paladin, Danric? We know the goblin is evil, it was an ally until now but it wanted to save itself. It could betray us the moment we are out of here. Why don't you cast your votes about how to resolve this situation? Bolt the goblin, yes or no? And finally, Squee, what do you have to say about all this? We are a few steps away from the exit. Will you risk all our lives for a few gems?

Squee...let it go."
