I'm pretty sure the room we entered is a small corridor leading to the room with illithid. Still, as I said, I don't want to anger DM with too much metagaming so if he decides that only the first two actions from my post above are valid then I'll be OK with that.

Doc0075: 34 - Stefareth - Human Necromancer suggests taking the pirate ship from the zombies having seen the peaceful option crushed by the actions of the Drow and Grom. He also suggests perhaps taking the left passage that the Drow exited. He goes with the group in the left door.
Nadruk: I'm pretty sure the room we entered is a small corridor leading to the room with illithid. But then the left room leads only to the side tunnel, which leads only back? Was another door/exit mentioned? If not there is no reason to enter that room and face the illithid, we can just avoid it and we go straight for the cavern.

All right, since I feel a bit safer with my mirror image I storm the left room. If I see Darci and it's obvious that he attacked/is attacking Hummer ( I probably see the bolt that hit HUmmer) I cast a lightning bolt at him paying special attention that it doesn't bounce back (please no more friendly fire:D) to prevent him from finishing Hummer. If I have more time after that in my turn I cast Summon Monster next to Darci or behind the illithid if Darci is killed. If I don't see Darci but see the illithid, I only cast Summon Monster behind the illithid.

[56 - Damon - Dwarf Warrior] [Northern Main Tunnel]
I follow my teammates through the left door, I see an elven ranger on the floor with a figure over him ready to strike.
I don't really understand what's happening
But I can percieve my fellow elven mage preparing to cast one of his spell
I decide to stand by the mage side and support him into this attack even if I can't understand the meaning, but i trust his judgement.
I prefer not interfere an not to risk to have my ass burned ( xD ), so I'm with him with my spirit and I stand ready to attack again after his magic cast is ended and in case of necessity to attack the target if it still stand after the mage spell

1 - Hummer - Elven Ranger you feel yourself slipping away as the sleeping poison covering the crossbow bolt takes effect.
You cry out "For the love off... not again!" and fall asleep.
Where did Darci come from? I don't think I've seen them post here in the past few days at all, were they just PMing you about their progress? If yes, is it fair to allow Darci to know that Hummer is there and seeing his actions (since there is no mention of Darci in the previous updates being in the side tunnel or reaching the room with the Illithid) without Hummer knowing what Darci was going to do, and giving him a chance to respond with a counter action (instead of just making them stop)? Especially as Hummer's ranger danger sense could tell him he's in danger, and even without it seeing a Drow pointing a crossbow at someone would most likely make one realize they're in danger. ** TURN 11 **

By the way, upon re-reading, is it sleeping poison, ie. Hummer is poisoned and will die if not saved, or is he just asleep? Originally I assumed Darci tried to kill him. If she didn't, then I still think it's not right if hummer could've done something else if he had (I'm assuming he didn't) read Darci's post, and you would've rolled for it (like a dodge or quick attack, like throwing a dagger at her or something).

It is sleeping poison, all drow have small crossbows with bolts coated in sleeping poison.
He will not die from it.

16 - Rizzleskiff - Drow Shaman dons her Cloak of Mirror Images levitating while moving along the wall looking for an exit.
37 - OldNick - Drow Thief launches his spear with all his might towards BJ's head. *rolls dice* BJ grabs the burned etting and raises it like a shield, the spear sticking in its chest. The Ettin looks down at the spear then back up at OldNick before shouting a hearty "Arrr!".
BJ "Arrr indeed, a fine crew member you'll make, Elf." Tying a rope around the Ettins waist, burnt skin flaking away, he throws the ettin towards OldNick *rolls dice* with a grin it grabs the Drow *rolls dice* who is lucky not to be impaled on his own spear, before both are pulled back down to the ship.
A blue portal appears high in the cavern, shining a chute of light down to the feet of BJ on the ship.

42 - Aleric - Dwarf Cleric casts Summon Holy Guardian and stepping into the room immediately sends it to attack the Illithid.
You cannot see Darci from where you are as she is in the side tunnel just outside the other side of the room.
61 - Vanathradil - Elf Mage storms into the room (can't see Darci) casts Summon Monster *rolls dice* the Illithid sees you and Aleric enter and attacks with a mind blast.
*rolls dice* You grab your head and stumble back *rolls dice* but you manage to remain conscious.
*rolls dice* Aleric's eyes roll back into his head and he slumps against a wall, stunned.
56 - Damon - Dwarf Warrior you enter the room in time to see your two companions hit by a mind blast *rolls dice* you catch the edge of the psychic attack but manage to fight it off.
(you cannot see Darci from where you are) You step in front of your dazed comrades to protect them from the Illithid.
10 - Squee - Goblin Thief enters the room at the heels of the Dwarf warrior. Seeing all the dead Goblins *rolls dice* you open fire on the Illithid *rolls dice* one bolt catches it in the shoulder spinning it around.
*rolls dice* The Holy Guardian advances on the Illithid as it is shot with a crossbow and slams it into a wall.
