24 - Elven Necromancer - Halfling Druid casts Eagle Wings upon herself and backs out of the column. She flies straight up to the ceiling of the chamber and moves across to above the centipede, which is watching intently.
She casts Summon Stone Elemental which drops towards the centipedes head *rolls dice* the centipede moves just enough to the side not to be crushed.
It is clipped on the head by the falling Elemental *rolls dice* upon hitting the ground the Stone Elemental wraps its arms around the centipedes torso in a crushing grip.
*rolls dice* the two are entangled in a life or death struggle, one trying to crush the other which in turn rakes it continually with its sword-legs while trying to position its head for a killer bite.

( Dang, missed! But go Stone Elemental, kill that thing! )

24 - Elven Necromancer - Halfling Druid

Remaining aloft at the same height, Elven Necromancer repositions herself and casts another Summon Stone Elemental in the air to drop on the writhing centipede.

The logic of where to summon the second elemental is:
1) Primary objective: minimise the chance of it landing on the first elemental
2) Secondary objective: maximise the chance of it landing on the centipede, preferably on its head

Her nerves racked, her nails bitten to the bone, she awaits the outcome of the life-or-death struggle below, attempting to steady herself by humming under her baited breath:
"God bless mother nature, she's a single woman too
She took off to heaven and she did what she had to do
...
It's raining men, hallelujah
It's raining men, amen"

Just as food for thought, the torso itself is likely heavily chitinous. Possible the underbelly is softer for bludgeoning.

The head may be vulnerable to bludgeon or tearing, particular the sensory structures (antennae, Tomosvary organs, potentially eyes) though the head may have multiple defenses. Destroying the tomosvary organs, at the base of the antennae, would likely eliminate most of its senses (vibration detection, hearing) as even eyed centipedes generally only differentiate general light/dark patterns visually.

At the rear of a typical centipede is a structure common to arthropods called a 'telson.' https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Telson

In centipedes the telson houses a dual anal valve. Perhaps it would be so kind as to extrude a portion of its guts if you yanked that off.

I believe, there can only be one summoned creature at a time (or maye just one of the same type? Not sure exactly) or did Doc change that?

Assuming Doc uses a variant of D&D, one can have as many summoned creatures as one wishes, limited only by one's level and spells.

If that's not the case, I presume the first one will vanish and the second may land on the centipede's head.

I don't want to trouble Doc with questions. He's got enough on his plate. I'll just weight and sea.
