KetobaK: Great addition to the catalogue! The free game is temporary to add or to play?
This is GOG...once you download a game, it can't be taken away.

In all honesty I don't see the allure here. I've played them on steam but not sure what the excitement is about. Was looking for better releases but this will have to do for now until later this month hopefully.

From Cave Story®'s Secret Santa's Page:

"you can download for a limited time"

So, is that mean the game will disappear from my library?
Rejoice, for his coming is near!

After playing hundreds of hours to The binding of Isaac in a 'bad' way, finally I will be able to purchase it here without anticonsumer DRM. Thanks for bringing it here.
FINALLY!!!!!!! I've been waiting for this game since I made my account in GOG.
Haah !!!!!

I didnt buy anymore binding of isaac titles (only rebirth) all the years because I didnt like the ugly circumstance I wouldnt buy them here ! Now watch me buying.

ooh, Binding of Isaac in GOG at long last (or soon anyway). Nice!
Free games are always nice, but man it has been so long since I played Cave Story I don't remember anything about it.

Edit: Ok, I'm a little confused. What is the upcoming Cave Story +? Is it a remaster, a remake, a sequel, something else?

Just checked the system requirements for Binding of Isaac Rebirth:
* My desktop does not meet the minimum requirements due to having an integrated GPU.
* My desktop dies, however, meet the recommended requirements, as the GPU (Intel HD 4600) is listed (as "Intel HD Graphics 4000 and higher"), and it fills all the other requirements (ignoring the OS, but I'd expect Wine to take care of that).

What?

(By the way, be aware that Nicalas has not exactly been the most ethical company. In particular, apparently Nicolas cheated Pixel Studio out of the rights to Cave Story. Therefore, you might want to decide if it's ethical to purchase these games at all, and if you're an indie game developer, I would stay away from Nicalas.)

Indeed. They have, as well, demonstrated aggressive behavior against the fan-made projects, based on the original free of charge game. So, no money for the Nicalis.
GOG's curators should have known better and placed the original Pixel's game in the store.
Uh guys, what about the achievs tho?
Please add them, they're interesting for roguelikes..

EDIT: ah maybe it has ingame ones, at least.

Two great, classic additions to the collection here at GOG! Very fitting titles.
Thank you so much for Secret Santa, it looks cute as a button.

I've put dozens of hours into Repentance on my work laptop which only has the integrated Intel HD 5500. It might not be the smoothest experience but I'd expect it to be playable with the 4600
