AgentBirdnest: Yeah, it's very sad. I try not too watch too many documentaries about it these days, otherwise I tend to lose my cool :-p
Hum... I don't know. Newer games on Tuesday does seem to be the trend. D:OS sounds nice, but I don't consider that a "new" release. More of an update :-p I hope we would get something in addition.
I'm logging off for a while. Just in case I don't see you again, I hope you have a lovely day, and very lovely vacation :-)
*extremely big hug*
See you later everyone! And hello Endre! :-)
Lets hope for a new secret remastered version of NOLF that stays true to the original and has Sigourney Weaver as a voice actress in the game. :-)
Take care, lovely Agent. Hopefully I will see you again once I come back. You take care of yourself.
*big mega hug*
EndreWhiteMane: I'm sure many will do it that way. I was thinking the second time around might be a bit boring.
I'd rather get the best experience possible on the first playthrough.
I think if they had not mentioned new story elements and things I would maybe have stuck with the new version, but I don't know. I tend to like to play the originals first to see how well the improved version really is, but I can see how that will take a lot of time with an RPG.
ElTerprise: Definitely not but i guess replaying the game would work in both directions. Other than the new voice-acting and the reworked ending (and some other stuff) all other changes are more of a "nice-to-have" category so replaying the original after the EE should be possible as well - same as the more logical "original first and the EE" way :)
I look at it this way. If it is a good game I will want to play it again someday, so that way I can then replay it using the enhanced version. And if I don't like the original for some reason I can give the enhanced version a try instead.
