A question - when a person has multiple objectives to complete, is it better to completely clear one at a time, or make steady gradual progress on all of them?

I wouldn't have spent nearly this much but I'm going to have to borrow a pile of money anyway to get rid of some of these surprise bills so I figured what the hell. Felt great to give a few gifts, so it was well worth it. ;)

No, important ones first, or easier ones first to give the feeling that you're getting somewhere.
It depends how important important is.

Fucking bills....they cut into game buying.
(And cause stress and grief and problems when they pop up out of nowhere.)

Hopefully the next entity that decides they want to do that to you shoves them right up their own ass instead.

Do you mean on twitch whilst playing MAFIA or a similar game, or in a forum game of mafia?

I don't really watch much television, even with the new satellite provider and a trial offer on something like 50 movie channels.
As it stands, I already have a huge Netflix backlog to go with my GOG backlog.

Think I'll end up taking your advice and go from smaller to larger. A focused effort will make a bigger dent, and that's always a good thing. Thank you. =)

You're welcome. Creating the feeling that you're getting somewhere not only feels good but makes you more focused on getting the whole thing done. That's what I've found.

Sheesh. No wonder I wait for sales.... Seeing it all in one lump sum like that is a tad scary, but when you think about the months of pleasure these things give it doesn't seem so bad. Still, that's quite a sum.

You're right, you do get months and months of enjoyment out of them.

A more favorable way of breaking it down would be - 32 games, 20 hours per game play time (low-ball estimate for some, high-ball for others), so that's 640.

Rounding up a bit, that puts your ratio of cost to enjoyment at 80 cents an hour. Not bad. =)

Can't go wrong with tits.

And that's not including the ones I replay, which won't drop the rate much, but will take it a tad further.
