Have you ask yourself why they react like this ? Maybe it's just because they saw your bad reactions about them and they gave up ?

You are the elders , technically the Devs will listen you but why there is no answer to your ideas , suggestions or questions ?

and 3 of them on the forum the forum has changed very little
it went from slightly more colorfull to grey
and now we have better security
and a "chat" instead of a pm system

...massive changes i am sure

i'd like to see the forum get an overhaul but it just isnt going to happen why do you think people actually create add ons to give the forum more functionality ?

As business owner myself, let me offer a perspective that I sorta brought up earlier:

"Hi, you've been running your business successfully for several years now, with a growing customer base and product line, so I'm here to come along out of the blue and tell you how to do it better. You can thank me later."

If gOg answered every 'suggestion' that comes along, this place would be a complete bundle fornication. And a lot of the suggestions are opposite other suggestions. Which isn't surprising, since we're talking about a worldwide customer base with a wide range of age and customer experience within this hobby of ours, not to mention the wide range of income considerations.

As others mentioned, we see these threads on a fairly regular basis, and the long-timers here either understand why gOg don't do their every bidding or they see it as gOg being unresponsive and that nothing ever changes. And some of them are decidedly curmudgeonly about it as part of their Standard Operating Procedure.

Enthusiasm is good but... don't hold your breath.

You might not know, because you just joined the site, but things on GOG changed a lot during the last few years. But many of us think that every change made the site worse (e.g. GOG gave up a lot of their former core principles) and made it more similar to Steam (which many of us dislike).

Guess this is one of the reasons why many long-term members aren't exactly over-optimistic when someone wants to talk about improving the site.
