HereForTheBeer: Only one site improvement that I'm really concerned with: sensible growth of the catalog, at a pace that doesn't overwhelm their ability to support it. Beyond that, I'm good with how the site works.

Not to single out this thread or the OP, but this reminds of the emails I get periodically. "While your website works and looks nice, you're not getting placement at the top of the major search engines. We can blah blah SEO blah search terms blah Google blah blah synergy blah blah." Ugh.
tinyE: The other day I got a call from someone giving me suggestions to improve business at my B&B. I told him we run at a 100% occupancy, and hand to god he replied, "Yes, and I can help you improve on that." ---
