I was SO close to buying this elsewhere, so glad i didn't.... thanks so much GOG <3
Obsidian, of KOTOR2? You might have done it better! (trailer speaking, not me)

sanscript: I'm so tired of the cult of diversity that want to destroy everything just to shove their nihilistic propaganda down the throats of gamers who really couldn't care less about that, and would rather have interesting characters and game world. I personally want a game I can immerse myself into and enjoy after a long day of work (or on a otherwise quiet Sunday). (Not related to this game.)
Speaking as a nihilist, I don't see any nihilistic propaganda in this.
OMG OMG OMG, I'm late to the party, but I'm sooo excited to see this. Another game to remove from my steam wish list!
I was really hoping for this. Insta-buy when released!
Looks like Bioshock, Dishonored, Borderlands and Fallout had a baby. So why am I feeling conflicted about this game? Nonetheless, surprised to see The Outer Worlds here, drm-free. Thanks GOG! The more games, the merrier! ;)

Going to wishlist this game until I make up my mind about whether I need to play it or not...

zgrillo2004: That is awesome news.
Wow holy shit awesome - didn't realize it was that close. Playing Battletech now so hopefully mech classes, weapons and systems will still be fresh in my memory for when I jump in the cockpit ;)

This is an insta buy for me.
That being said I have zero regrets about waiting for it to be on GOG before buying it.

Looking forward to this release :)
I played this on Gamepass and will most likely be picking it up again on GOG. I had no idea it was coming :D GG GOG!
I'm seeing plenty of graphics whores around here, which is not something I would have expected. Whatever happened to criticizing a game for its story/gameplay?

On topic, I got Outer worlds on EPIC, as a gift for purchasing a ryzen cpu/amd GPU, I can't remember exactly what. But I didn't get around to playing it. And seeing how the DLC should be experienced early in the playthrough, or you end up being overleveled for the content, I'm glad I didn't play it yet. Once the game is complete, I'll give it a try, right here on GOG. It pays to be patient.

Beat it once on my GamePass trial, pretty fun game, but there are parts that seem rushed where the quality drops noticably for a bit and some NPCs are not fully fleshed out like others are and it shows.

I'll buy it here to play a stealth and combat (my first run was pretty much talking my way out of anything) playthrough but, since I've already finished the game once for a dollar, it'll be after a while when it's on a decent sale.

Now, had they released here at launch...

Day one purchase at full price.

Hope that EGS money was worth it, Private Division, and I feel sorry for the developers who seemed to be finiding out about that exclusivity deal moments before we did.

I played this game on local gaming expo last year, and the part I played was rather dull. To be fair, I only played the small part of beginning, and that is not enough to give complete assessment of the game, but still something felt kinda wrong.
Is it as bad as Andromeda?

Actually the game is very good, but it has a unique artistic style. Not everyone will like it. It's a different game than Andromeda though. It's more like Fallout: New Vegas, but with smaller locations instead of huge open-world map. If you like New Vegas, you should like The Outer Worlds as well.

binn05: Oh my! My heart skipped a beat now! How can I find time to play this one and Cyberpunk 2077?
You probably need two PCs! One PC is not big enough for both of these games' egos!

I have to admit at first glimpse I thought GOG had decided to allow Unreal World to the store, but I guess this is fine too.
