Grargar: That's because the original Doom 3 wasn't published by Bethesda. This list only shows which releases they were the original publishers of, not their current full portfolio (notice that the other Doom and Quake games are also missing).
Aah, right, that makes sense. I really do wish I knew what version of Doom 3 they might bring here... I'm hoping that with how BFG is bundled with the original Doom games they might consider bringing the original version of Doom 3 here instead.

On Steam, they still sell the original+expansion. I wonder if they try bringing both here, should they bundle them for a more expensive overall price (and risk complaints about a really high price), or separate them and risk complaints about not offering both versions together?

Thanks to all who made this happen and many more thanks if you get the Dishonoured games here oh and Fallout NV. Please.
Well, HOORAY for that.

Very, very, glad to see the miracles continuing to happen, and GOG making serious headway against the many publishers that went Steam exclusive for far too long. Good job, guys.
Fingers crossed the hard work keeps paying off, because GOG is where I put my money these days.

I've twice emailed Bethesda in the past, after they took Fallout New Vegas to Steam Only (including the retail DVD), and they never bothered with a reply. After FO3 being my favourite game of all time, that was a serious blow.

Also highly disappointed to see Skyrim went that way too, after "discovering" the RPG genre with Oblivion.

I hope they won't wait TOO long before bringing FO3, FNV, and the upcoming FO4 here as well. It is a little dismaying to see how only the really old games are coming here for now, but you're guaranteed my purchases of Skyrim and FNV if (hopefully WHEN) they come here too.

I can wait as long as needed. Because, I sure won't be buying the Steam versions.

Yeah, I hope GOG can get FO3 as well. The wishlist has over 7,200 votes!
A question here for Doom fans: I'm using GZDoom and I'm wondering if it's possible to change the control for "Look Up" so that I look up when I move my mouse up, currently it seems like I can only input actual buttons for it.

edit: nevermind, got it, enable "always mouselook" did it.

For Ultimate Doom, Doom 2, Heretic, Hexen+Addon, Hacx, Chex Quest, etc... I highly recommend the Doomsday Engine:

There are some really nice HD-Texture packages for those out there too.

I'm playing those with disabled auto-aim, Mouselook (forward = up) + WASD in a mix of old sprites and new textures to give it HD and improved controls without wasting the old charm:

Good question, I'd personally prefer them separated, I could see it happening for Galaxy's sake as both versions are different enough. Maybe they could sell them separately but offer a discounted bundle at launch.

I would love to play Heretic and Hexen again with mouselook. I remember especially Hexen screamed for mouselook when I played it some years after release.

Considering the original disc release of FO3 is basically DRM free, there's no reason not to bring it here.
Fallout 2's page says you get Arena and Daggerfall for free when you buy it. What about those of us who bought it years ago when it was originally up? Do we not get grandfathered in?

Since Interplay's and Bethesda's versions of the game are treated like separate products around here....probably not. >_>

We did not buy it from Bethesda, so I highly doubt that.
I blinked yesterday and did not see this amazing news. Welcome Bethesda. More choice for more gamers. Love it!
