IAmSinistar: I would think the free games are triggered by adding a Bethesda purchase to a shelf, so they likely go with the key. Could be wrong, of course.

I'm curious as to what happens when multiple people redeem off that same bundle key. Does the first redeemer get the free games? Or everyone? Moot if it's the buyer, of course.
It does say "with every purchase", which leads me to believe that the buyer gets the games. Still, I'd like some confirmation, either from a blue, or from someone who has bought them as a gift.

Please don't forget about the Wolfenstein games, particularly Wolfenstein 3D, Spear of Destiny and Return To Castle Wolfenstein! :D

I voteTake-two as well so they can hopefully bring "Mafia" here by some miracle. :)
Excuse me why I go sit in the corner and cry tears of joy. :)

Mr.Caine: Nice catch GOG :)
very nice catch now i can delete the steam versions of fallout

i had the originals twice on retail cd/dvd but they didnot work , alt tabbing would break the screen you would have to use the mosue as a magic eraser to clean up the screen by moving the mouse like a whiteboard eraser, kinda funny though.

i read something in the steam version folder about a hd patch? a windowed version for win8.1? scalable from 640 to 1280x1024 on my old 17" inch crt screen?

anyways i never played the game casue i installed it under XP (i have steam on win xp, didnot wanted to spoil my win7 with drm :D)

so i never tried the game, cause i assumed the client be needed, apparently it runs, i will move it anyways and use the GOG version :D
I've just sent bethesda an email thanking them for releasing on GoG

info@bethsoft.com

I think a nice flood of nicely worded email couldn't do the DRM free movement any harm.

I also pointed out I'm showing my preference with my wallet.

As I said I re-bought the Fallout series, even though I've got the classic versions. I also said while I already own Doom3, Dishonored, Oblivion and SkyRim I would happy rebuy them on a platform that didn't unfairly control how my family play games I've bought.

I really hope we see more from them soon.

THough we've not seen any thing new from ubisoft ;-(
Topware seems to be on GOG already, 12 games listed when i searched on Topware.
Topware has many many more games, i see the label a lot in holland, so where are the other topware games ?:D

Maybe theres a lot more nice games.
Odd, I thought my last message got lost.

moonshineshadow: I would guess that it is just another problem with the ID of games here, so we are not seeing them as owned because of these different IDs.
avatar
Grargar: I think Bethesda didn't want to give their versions to older owners of the Fallout games. I guess that's why the Fallout games were renamed to Fallout Classic in our libraries.
This might be a valid reason...

but we got some things old, like Archimedean Dynasty, Albion or Anno games....

Awesome!! Some of my favorite games EVER - Daggerfall will always have a place in my heart as being the first TRULY open world RPG. And for it's day, it was.. not just a classic, but absolutely legendary. You could become a vampire? and what, like 20 years ago?? That was a frickin' different millennium!!

And open ended? They had a random content generator, and you could literally run for miles from one town to the next. Was frickin' amazing.

Thanks for bringing it to the 21st century, Gog.com and Bethesda. Thanks for bringing it to our desktops.

I am really glad Bethesda found its way to GOG - welcome!

Every single game goes onto the wishlist, although Morrowind is a wee bit overpriced - 20 bucks for 13 years old game? Come on, guys.
