I'm so old that I experienced my snowman melted last year...
"I'm so old, my last birthday cake looked like prairie fire."
I'm old enough to not celebrate my birthdays anymore.

Dangerfield on old age.
Too old for modern UI design.

Old enough to shake my head (gently, mind) when someone on Reddit reminisces about the old days playing Xbox 360.

Old enough to have argued with idiots claiming that Y2K issues would cripple everything from electronic bathroom scales to airplanes.

Old enough to have felt excitement at getting Usenet access.

Old enough that writing industrial applications for DOS was not my first coding gig.

Old enough that a Pong clone was my first video game experience.

Old enough to have been alive when Richard Nixon was president. But not old enough to remember it.
If you're in an age-bracket where you think sharing your age on an online forum is a good idea, then you should re-think that.
Old enough to remember Netscape, Napster or Winamp.

ashleygamer: Hi, since is this is specialty of old games, i am wondering how old are you? Or u into old gamez just bcuz?
I joined GOG in 2011 for digital DRM-free The Witcher 1 & 2, not really the old games (I think The Witcher 2 was released that same year, so it was a brand new game when I joined here).

So I think the correct question actually is:

"Hi, since is this is specialty of DRM-free games, i am wondering how DRM-free are you? Or u into DRM-free just bcuz?"

Well, skibidi toilet rizz, ur such a sigma!

Lord_Kane: I am older then Nero.....burning rom.
Finding this comment hilarious hurt me deeply.
I've forgotten how old I am, you see a few years back I socked some guy in the street carrying a cross and his Dad really saw red about that. Haven't aged a day since then, the big guy really holds grudge.

We've lost timppu.
Most of us are pretty ancient here. If you're young, you should revere our collective wisdom and gift us games in tribute.
So the A: was for DOS and B: for the programme you wanted to run. Hard disks were too expensive so things like game saves were either a code you wrote down on a slip of paper or stored right on the same disk as the game. Memories from my teens.

There are plenty of newer games here too, perhaps even the majority are, including many Indies, etc.

So the range of customers at GOG would be like at any other game store, except perhaps more old timers care about DRM-Free than youngsters.

Children are here purchasing games from GOG, no doubt with their parents blessing, and I have read posts here by customers in their 70s, and I'm 65 currently.

Most customers appear to be younger folk on average, in their 20s, 30s, 40s and 50s.
