Again no patch to update to latest version. Last patch available is a9172d61 to 34285015.

Yeah, this is getting ridiculous. While frequent and prompt fixes are appreciated, having to redownload 13 GB of data within less than a day isn't.

Apple M1?
Hi! Why is there no update for the new Apple M1 Chip? In the Mac Appstore the Version was already updated 2 weeks ago. Thanks!

+1 to this question, would like to know if the provided copy will eventually be arm64 or not. (If not, why?)

(Yes, we can run it through rosetta2 / translation, but that's not ideal.)

An update just got released for update 9024c13d (2020-12-22), but the standalone patch that was released for it goes from release 001f62c3 (the Mac version?) to f63556d9 (???) The lastest version (downloaded in october) was 34285015 (I think, downloaded on october 8 and the patch before that upgrades to that version).

Given the size of the patch and the announcement on steam, I'm guessing this is the one with all the translations.

f63556d9 was released just a day before and got this incremental patch. 9024c13d came right after it and it didn't get an incremental patch.

Traditional Chinese! French! German!
Some minor fixes and enhancements, new fonts, and lots of bugs squashed.
But, most importantly, new languages! Maybe there should be an achievement for finishing the game in a language you can't understand...
Check new end credits (you have to complete the game, detective!), lots of teams and people added!

(Spoilers!) Newspaper endgame, when the player is damaged and not healed, fixed.
Pressing F1 brings up the help menu and version number, again.
Some actors were missing from the table.
Updated perception Portrait. Go perceive it!
Fixed typos, translations in Spanish, Korean and Chinese languages.
Fixed typos in English language - who invented so many typos!?
Language switch with Q or L!
New language added: Brazilian Portuguese

Nobody posted these till far, so I did.
For unknown reason build 001f62c3 refered as 7da1d035 in the GOG's changelog at downloads section. While the offline installer is clearly named 001f62c3_(42975).

What`s up with these patch names?

Also, is the base game installer uptodate or not?

It's way more confusing that it needed to be.

I just bought the GOG version(I have a MBP M1) because the Mac Apple store version is so expensive.
But I can see this is not the Apple silicon version.
How come the M1 version is not available yet? Where can we contact GOG about it?

I don't think it's GOG, I think it's the developers. My hunch is that they have a special arrangement with Apple to make the M1 versions only available on the app store because the Steam version is Intel only too.
