Clownski_: Hey everyone, the Team is currently looking into this issue. I'll let you know once a fix has been deployed.

In the meantime, if your download is stuck at 92%, please follow the workarounds provided in this support article.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused, and thank you for your patience.
I'm glad this is being looked into, but the only thing that really works at this point is the offline installer, and that's the only thing that should be officially recommended until this issue is fixed.

The rest of those workarounds all amount to the same thing, they just trick Galaxy into thinking a broken installation is finished, then it will fail with the same issue on a Verify or if a patch is needed.

Thank you for looking into the issue and for keeping us informed, Clownski_ :)

Just to let you know that the filepath referred to in the third workaround method („%programdata%\GOG.com\Galaxy\Logs”) should, I think, instead read: „%programdata%\GOG.com\Galaxy\”

Like many people, three DL attempts blocked at 92%

I discovered, today, the article of GOG which explained the 4 methods

Option 1: done

Gh0st0rchid: The mismatch is the file '29b82aca0753605b7b19ad22b02f7b92' delete that and you'll be fine. it's the hash file from the download as far as I can tell.

Jichol: I have the same warning with that file with many numbers but I can't detect which one it is among all the files, does anyone know which one it is please?
Can you pause the stuck download (as if you were/are currently trying to) then restart your computer then relog into GOG then watch it pick up eXactly where it left off and how much it progressed since you returned? Well, I ask because that's what I just did and I figured well if I can then how about you or anyone else having a stuck download?

pause the ftp then restart the client. magic.
Heyo all,

I had the same problem. I fixed it by opening up more disk space. I had 100+ gigs free (after the download) but turns out this wasn't enough. Freed up 130 gigs all in all and then went for "repair/verify". It was stuck at the "checking" stage for quite some time (10 mins or so) but I let it run and eventually it did fix itself and now it runs.

So "for me", making sure I had 130 gigs of free space was enough. It seem the installer doesn't warn you that you don't have enough free disk space.

Hope that helps, kind regards.

I have 1.5 Tb free space on SSD...

rocuonji: Install is stuck at 92%, less than 0.1Gb left to download. I've seen another thread for this very problem marked as SOLVED but the solution there amounts to tricking the downloader to think it has finished, but that solution causes other problems since the game is not actually fully installed.

I've opened a support ticket and will post any reply I get here, but the bottom line is GOG needs to fix this issue (not the first time something like this happens to games I buy on GOG). If this continues I will prob ask for a refound and get the game on Steam or something.

Whatever happens not buying a launch game on GOG anymore, tired of this shit.
HI IHAVE THE SAME PROBLEM ANY SOLUTION YET?
