The orcs offered a peace contract, but there were some clauses we did not agree with so we rejected it for now.

Things are looking up. We can keep our lizardman towns under guard until they come round to us again.

City upgrades in this game are really REALLY expensive in this game compared to AoW2 - and you then have to install individual creatures too. Big difference from AoW2, where level 1 troops are far less prevalent. Imagine if the War Hall and Champions' Guild cost 500 and 600 gold.

I think I prefer AoW1.

I used the fact my OS was acting up as excuse to buy SSD and reinstall Windows and I haven't installed Wrapper yet so it will be easy to forget my turn.
