Honestly, the pricing policy is what makes me pass on Wasteland 2 for the time being.
Here on Gog I pay 40 € for the so called Classic Edition a.k.a. the version with extras I deem useless anyway. Yes, I get 10 € back, but I have to spend this money on Gog, so it is "lost" anyway.
In my local store I get the Ranger Edition for 40 € that comes with some physical goodies, for which I am a sucker and I get the Classic Edition for 25 €. And my local bookstore offers the Ranger Edition even for 36 €. Well, the only problem with this is that the retail version needs Steam and I will not buy it for that very reason.
So I have the option to get it for a lower price and with physical goodies I would like, but I would have to accept Steam. Or I get it DRM free, but with extras I don't care about and for a higher price. Right now I feel like the cow that can't decide between two haystacks and finally drops starving.
