cielaqu: In BG2 there were some absurdly high difficulty spikes. Like battle with Lich. He was unbeatable, unless you fought him with high level party with best possible equipment.
Kangaxx is easy. Just get two scrolls of protection from undead (one for each phase) and he won't be able to hit you with anything.
