Run the game as admin by ticking the respective checkbox in the .exe or the game shortcut pointing to it. The previleges of an Admin account and executables requiring specific elevation to write/edit files within the Program Files directory are two separate issues.

If you still have troubles with saves even running the game as admin look into the 'indexing' fix i linked to in my other post.

Or, if everything else fails, you can start from scratch and install the game in a directory other than Program Files, that way at least you could discard permissions issues as the cause of the problem.
