I got out with the x-spell, and in the second attempt I got the upper hand with the remaining pirates so I could sail away.

Although, now I decided not to wander some more in Ultima IV, but start "Champions of Krynn".

And boy, is it hard. If you guys know this game too you might have a look at my questions in the forum over there.
