Just got Trine 3 and can't connect to my friends to play. Can't even see any public games. Anyone knows what's going on with this?

Seems to support local co-op only. I have downloaded the latest version 1.0 through GOG Galaxy today and the multiplayer options are still the same as you described and trying to invite friends inside the game doesn't trigger anything.

Unfortunately the Online Multiplayer in Trine 3: The Artifacts of Power currently doesn't work. We are currently looking into the issue and hopefully can come up with a fix soon. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Thanks for the Anwser i have going crazy and have think what the error in my Windoof Firewall but my question is will be able to play from the normal Game or i need the optional Galaxy Client? I have buy this game yesterday and want say to you and your Team great work but for me is one Wallpaper nothing... :(

When the Online Multiplayer is fixed, it will only work from the game's menu so there is no need to install GOG Galaxy for it. Though unfortunately I can't give any estimates for when the fix will be out.

I tried online multiplayer with my sister. She bought her copy from Humble Store and used DRM-free download and I used GOG version through Galaxy.

I had few issues in the beginning, like Windows wanted to make sure I allowed this connextion and refreshing took awfully long. Also there weren't any games to be seen. when refreshing was done.

When I searched with our password and it connected with no issues. We palyed the first stage with all three heroes and there were no connection issues. There were few physics related oddities, but that should be discussed on some other topic.

In conclusion, multiplayer worked, at least for us.

When I choose "Join Online Game" seen only a word "Refreshing", thats all.

Have you dont read? The Dev say is under development or better they are try to fixing thise problems! And what i think great it would be able to play Online without Galaxy

Dear Marjut, please ensure that when it is fixed there will also be a Direct IP connection possibility. Here at GOG we believe in DRM-freeness and that also includes being independent from company servers. Thank you.

go to distribe patch 1.01 build 3005 fast, in steam the multi player issu it's fix !!! Or refund me and i buy the game on steam.

There is 1.01 patch in steam? Does it have anything to do with multiplayer problems?

Is there any ETA for multiplayer fix? And is FB working weekend or continue on monday, so should we expect fix on weekend or on next week?

I'm relaying information from our programmers (so please bear with me if I make some mistakes, I hope I got it right though):

If Refresh works (it's a separate issue), and you can't find any games, it's related to GOG Galaxy client. Try signing in to GOG Galaxy (so that it's successful) and then try again.

We will release v1.01 (build 3005) soon on GOG (although it'll be up to GOG to release it, so might take until Monday). This version will fix the above issue, i.e. GOG Galaxy client will not be required for multiplayer games after that.

At first I thought great, the patch is working. I've got a working game with one person but as the other person tried to join the party it stopped working, even when we tried it with a new game. Sadly the problem seems to persist, at the moment I cannot get the match-list to work. Maybe it is some kind of server issue? At least the patch seemed to be working.
