After not playing this game for a long time, I decided to start a new game. After reaching the end of the Mansion on Fire a cut-scene plays where zip starts shooting Lara it fades to white, that's when the game crashes and the song loops over and over. I found the fix on steam forums. This fix works for steam and Gog version. I hope this helps for anyone looking for a fix.

------FIX IT------

Go in your registry. (Execute command : "regedit")
Go on this location : HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Crystal Dynamics\Tomb Raider: Underworld\Graphics
There are 2 interesting values there : "DontDeferShaderCreation" and "DisableDynamicTextures".
Change their values to "0".

*It seems that it happens a lot on ATI video cards."
