MarkoH01: If you don't use the Intel integrated graphics card at all you might want to try to deinstall the drivers or deactivate tha card. There is also a setting in nVidia control panel with which you can set the preferred card that might help.
Thanks a lot MarkoH01. nVidia panel and right-click - > Run using dedicated GPU were my very first steps to try. I also suspect that the game might be actually using nVidia but just display in Options menu should be showing: DX9 or DX11 instead of the name of used GPU. Anyway reported to devs. Thanks.
