Wolfehunter: I don't like the idea of my stuff being stored onto others people systems. Games or anything. I don't use steam or galaxy or origin. I'm old school I don't mind fiddling with files and folders. And for Onedrive I've removed that nonsense all together. In an ideal world sure its a cool tool. But in a real world its not a cool as you may think. :) I prefer that game companies give a choice. For those who love flying in the clouds and those who prefer staying grounded. ;P

Ritualisto: You already have this choice. You don`t need to use cloud saving on Steam or Origin. It is optional and can be enabled or disabled (for each game separately or global) as often as you want. And even if you use cloud saving your data is stored on your PC too. No need to fly in the clouds ;)
Its all good Ritualisto I don't use steam or origin or anything related. Don't need bloat ware running in the backround :) I don't care if they offer tea and nugget or clouds or no clouds. ;P

That's besides the point - your idea of cloud saving is hugely misplaced. It just doesn't work that way in most cases. All universal systems I've ever seen keep a copy of the files both on your drive and in cloud, with the cloud functionality being copletely optional and not breaking in any way when you're not connected to the internet. It's a fairly important extension of the point you made earlier on "No game needs cloud saving" - when we're talking about optional features, every game needs it, because it gives more power to the consumer in how he wants his product to be treated. You can continue doing things your way and other people can continue doing things their way. Everybody wins.

I rather take the effort and do the work myself than rely on 3rd parties. I said before in an ideal world the tool is good. :)

Calmmo1: I'd feel sorry for you if you werent such an entitled spoiled brat.

Then again IQ can't be bought, so I guess feeling sorry irregardless it is.
Well then, that came out of nowhere, haha. It doesn't hurt me, you're the one lacking IQ here.
