Same here. I'm detecting a fps hit especially with rain in Novigrad proper. Never used to be that way. Most of my fps drops in the past were only in deep woods and swamps where cloud vapor and gas clouds are prevalent. The patch included opitmizations for this but it appears I'm having an abnormal hit to my fps.

I've rollbacked to 1.08.4 patch solid 60fps, in Novigrad some drops to 50 fps. I hope the devs will fix this

Found the problem turns out (and maybe it's just on Windows 10) but the SLI set up for this game is totally broken the game runs better with a single GPU I really hope they fix this..
