callofstalker , i respect your choice , but let me put a real example and tell me what you would do :

Imagine a guy sells candy with cocaine inside to your kids when they go out of high school in the after-noon , then your kids become addicted young and start spending big sums of money into that drug .

Then when you confront the guy who sells the candy with cocaine inside , he tells you that he thought it was only sugar in the candy , yet he's not surprised that he earned thousands of dollars from it and tells you " it must be the good flavour " that makes it sell so well

what do you do ? you thank him and buy him a few candies ? or do you make sure he's not going to sell "candies" to your kids anymore ?

Remember the women who ask you to close his shop probably have their kids addicted to it , and in the witcher 1 , they tell you fisstech brings death upon the addicts at some point

At a tactical level, try to maximize your kills through Aarding people off great heights. There's much more opportunity for this in the Iorveth path because of the Siege of Vergen quests.

Galdor: Hmmm...

Danceofmasks: Eh, that one is actually not a jackass move ... Dandelion gets to have some fun, and I usually side with the Succubus anyway.

This is probably my favourite right now ... "negotiating" with Aryan La Valette

I just watched your video. You do some pretty good fighting. I wish I could control my Geralt that well!

This thing and kids are a different matter, kids may not realize what they use is a harmful thing to use and they also may not realize they are addicted (these two can be true for adults in some cases too but an adult should atleast be able to tell if he is addicted to a thing or not) and i can not blame them for that as they are just children, who haven't developed(or whatever is the word that should be used here with about the same meaning) completely.

In your example, i would first try to find out whether this candy is cocained or not, if it is i'd definitely warn the guy and try to learn where he buys the candies before trying to shut his business down, if he does continue selling then i'd report him to the authorities.

In the example in Witcher 2, however, the guy doesn't buy his incense from someone who sells the product knowing that it is harmful, he produces it on his own and he doesn't know whether it is harmful to use it or not and i doubt he sells it to kids, as far as i remember people say "children", not "kids" so this can mean their children are old enough to be able to tell they are addicted, especially the leading woman, who is old and is probably wasn't fertile for at least 15-20 years so her children should be of age and apart from these at that age and in a community with an economical situation like flotsam i doubt people give mone to their children, let alone giving them money to spend on incenses and even if they did give them money, why would a kid buy an incense? And even if the children are kids and are given money to buy incenses the guy's shop shouldn't be closed, instead he should be warned not to sell that product, or at least continue selling it but not to kids and not without warning it is addictive and it is harmful, if you let him learn it is harmful, ofcourse. That's the way how i would do it, acting after thinking, learning and warning so someone won't lose his/her job. That's the way one should act, especially someone like Geralt, he should be able to tell him not to sell that incense, at least not to kids and warn people of its bad sides, not listen to some enraged mob who thinks only of themselves and their own.
