I think this is a Depth of Field issue. Try turning it off.

Good Luck! !

I turned off all blur effects and depth of field effects and it still looks the same... thanks for trying though!

There are 3 Depth of Field options. Did you get them all?

Yes... I think im gonna try disabling my crossfire ..even though I hate doing that ..it causes the second card to overheat...
Have you try to, in CCC :
- Disable Surface Format Optimization from "Catalyst AI" section ?
- Move the slider 1-step left (middle position) on the "Anti-Aliasing Mode" section ?

Also, Tripple Buffering is enabled ?

Hey, he is not that dumb you know!
Have tried turning off all optimizations and just selecting high textures?? I know antialias blurs most details on my machine. If I remember right my Radeon card(4870) was crispier than this Nvidia(GTX 570).

The readme does say there is a problem with cross fire ATI and suggest only one GPU ATM!!

Yeah ...I tried turning off everything in Catalyst control panel...I tried turning off everything in the games settings ...then slowly enabling every setting ...

Blurry still each time ...seems like my game is missing HD textures or something..
Lot of people have trouble with Crossfire :

That above is what my game SHOULD look like ...since im able to max the settings out....

Frustrating really ...
It seems like the game is running on the lowest settings regardless of what you pick in the configuration tool. I switched my game to the low spec preset and it looks similar to your screenshots.

I looked in the install directory and found some .ini files under The Witcher 2\bin\config that contain graphics settings but they don't seem to change when I change settings in the config tool so I'm not sure what to suggest.

Are you running as admin have you installed to your C: drive i would change to another drive to avert problems with windows user account control.
