Hi, I'm new to this site so I apologize in advance if this isn't the right place to ask this, or if it's because of an obvious "noob" mistake.
My problem is that when I try to download The Settlers 2: Gold Edition, I get a message saying that "there was an error requesting the file" (E1003)
Is this because of a problem with the download server. or something I'm doing wrong?

Damn, I should have checked this forum before buying today! Hopefully they'll have the problem resolved soon. Fortunately I bought a bunch of other stuff too so I have plenty to keep me occupied.

The holidays and the weekend are over, yet still it isn't working nor have I received a response from Support… I guess they have a lot to catch up on.
First disappointing thing from GoG so far… Otherwise they've been great :)

The problem was solved. I'm downloading the file right now.
