what happened, where is version 1.0, where is my inventory, all the stuff from version 1.0 is gone

So now we have the 0.9.012, when before we had the 0.9026, which was not even a stable release, because that was 0.9.028? What is going on with the versions here?

Looks like it rolled back. I have lost all of my inventory and i'm back to T1 equipment. That's 15 hours I won't get back.

Had the same issue, I assumed I was on the version 1.0 since the game got an update the same day as steam and so started a new game. I had noticed that the patch notes listed in gog was 0.9 something but I didn't think to check in the game thinking it was a galaxy issue.

But now this morning the game reverted to 0.9.012, all my inventory is lost and it probably broke my save game. :(

Same here, was running 1.001 stable the other days, now I started to play and lost all my inventory and gear, everything scrapped and lost. So had to start creating T1 gear again. Then I notices for example that Jetpack T1 is available to create, but not T2 and T3 is also lost to create. So there is something fishy here now!

Hope this can be fixed and getting the save back again with full gear and inventory.

Yup, same thing just happened here. Got "updated" to v0.9.012 and lost all my gear/inventory and can't seem to remake most of it.

Steam seems to be updated to v1, but over here we're going back in time...

I managed to get the 1. release downloaded before it went away again, but do I have to make sure I'm offline, or does it only autoupdate through Galaxy?

You can toggle auto update in the options for your game on gog. You should be offline, turn it off, then go online

Same here. Didn't save after rollback, hoping once I roll forward my gear's still there...

I'm disappointed in GOG here: I was expecting its "rollback feature" to help me out, but it doesn't show anything released more recently than 5 months ago. So this doesn't look like "someone/something accidentally re-released 0.9.012", it looks like 1.001 got pulled and GOG Galaxy "updated" me to an older version automatically (with no way back).

I guess I could've backed up game files but I really wasn't expecting that to be necessary to avoid something like this.

Fortunately, I downloaded the offline version of V1.001 in time despite the strange version number of the files. The installed version is then V1.001. I check here regularly in the hope of finding clean download files for the offline version. But to my disappointment, only older versions are currently available. I hope this will be corrected soon and GOG will provide future updates correctly.

We planned to release it on day 1 here too, but we had technical issues that we are currently working with GoG to fix as soon as possible.
