GOG updated my game to 0.9.0.26 and my save game is fixed. But still it is not 1.0 so I think I'll wait and play something else. I was sure I was playing on v1.0 but I don't remember seing the multiplayer button so I obviously was not sadly.

Hopefully this incident can be resolved shortly and all savegames also restored.

I noticed that an update was installed today to 0.9.026 and tested to load my savegame, but it was still the same as yesterday with the gear/inventory I did then. Think I have mistakenly hit save before quitting the game yesterday after testing. So hopefully there is more savefiles in the cloud services, or locally that can be extracted.

1.0 is back up.

A new version (1.002) is up in the offline installers. I got lucky and grabbed the offline installer earlier when it first appeared and before it got rolled back, so I've been enjoying the full game while Galaxy users have been upset. This time, the filename isn't weird, so hopefully it is here for good now. Just in case it goes away again, I recommend that Galaxy users download the offline installer to have a backup.

Agree, thank you for following up here on GOG with feedbak and a swift solution. 1.0XX is back online and so far seems stable. Sadly my savegame was not as expected, so started a new game again, still enjoying it! :D
