Any ETA on the 1.08 patch for the galaxy version? Or 1.07 for that matter? There are some gamebreakers in story mode without those.
Ye a patch would be awesome, I cant progress in the story because there are some graphical issues under Linux.
Linux even got a later release because there where some technical difficualtis.
I would assumed the game was supposed to be playble now.
So a patch or a fix asap would be awesome...
I too hope that we'll get the next cumultative update soon.
Hopefully we will get the patches soon, for me a quest line is bugged so I cannot progress at all in Story Mode.
Aaaand Steam is now 3 patches ahead (1.10 while we're still at 1.05.)

Hinterland really screwed the pooch on this one.
Or it is GoG who is behind. I believe GoG has a manual verification process for patches so it's normal that the patch hits gog some days after it hit steam - but now the first patch steam has, which isn't on GoG yet was released a week ago.
I sincerely hope we will get these patches soon.
The last time we got informed about the 'delay' GOG told us that the release to place at the same day as they received the build.

Thanks for the update Thiev! much appreciated.

I've a question, just out of interest. Who do we need to contact about release dates? The game developer or GOG? I would says the developer but I've a feeling I'm wrong about that now.

But it's great it has been released, thanks for the information. :)
Game was released on the same day we received the build.

GOG's product team might still be busy processing update files for all the other games they are selling on their storefront. Very disheartening nonetheless for those expecting their games to be up-to-date.

And another update. To be fair, Hinterland are patching this game like every two days now, Gog's team probably has difficulty keeping up.

There has to be another solution to this though. Why doesn't the developer have the opportunity to push patches to Galaxy directly, like they do on Steam?

In any case, word from Gog on this issue would be appreciated at least.
Waiting here as well. I have not yet reached a blocker in story, but i would like to be sure to not encounter one. Any word from GOG or the devs would be very appreciated.

I've encountered several.
Seriously thinking about trying to get a refund and grabbing the steam version. Probably not gonna happen though, since the game technically "works".

I prefer the DRM-free gog, but with missing patches I also thought "If I would've bought it on steam, i would have all the patches". Hopefully the patches come very soon.

Well this is kinde of the whole point with GoG.
Its a curated platform. There are some limitations with curated platforms.
But we got steam, that got toons of broken games, we also got toons of shit games on steam.

And we got gog. It doesnt have alot of games, but most of them arent broken and arent unplayble.
I do agree, devs should atleast be able to patch there games faster. Like if there game already have been
accepted on GoG, they should be allowed to patch it easyer without any real test from the GoG staff.

And examples like this, I start to doubt the Gog staff, do they really test there games?

Amd what Im trying to say, curated platforms like gog have its good and bad parts, and non curated platforms like steam have its good and bad part. For me gog is better cause the DRM-Free licens.

And we also got the problem, Galaxy only supports windows for all I know.
I know the majorty of gamers are using windows. But then you leave us Linux users even more behinde.
We already are missing titles thanks to the lack of gog galaxy. And no words for 2 years now on a linux port.
We just got a, sometime in the future :P. And sometime in the future could also change to a no we are not gonna do it.
Iv heard it before from CDPR and other devs.

I can't refund mine since I bought during the summer sale but I am starting to seriously consider getting a second copy on Steam . For up to date patches and so I can use their technical forum.

Still hoping for patches to come soon though.

May one of the graphical issues be that it's impossible to click the metal out the hand on the story mode beginning?
