Hey all, if you've any issues with the game, we'll usually ask you to send your log and save files along. This post is a handy guide on where to find those.

1 - where to send them.
Please go to http://support.spookydoorway.com/ and fill in a bug report.

2 - what to send
The safest thing is to send both your save and log files, which can be found below - just send it all!

3 - log files.
Depending on what OS you're on your log files are in different places:
- Windows: %USERPROFILE%/AppData/LocalLow/Spooky Doorway/The Darkside Detective 2
- Mac: ~/Library/Logs/Spooky Doorway/The Darkside Detective 2
- Linux: ~/.config/unity3d/Spooky Doorway/The Darkside Detective 2

4 - save files.
Again, depends on your OS.
- Windows: %USERPROFILE%/AppData/LocalLow/Spooky Doorway/The Darkside Detective 2
- Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Spooky Doorway/com.spookydoorway.dsds2
- Linux: ~/.config/unity3d/Spooky Doorway/The Darkside Detective 2

Please label your mail with a brief summary of your problem and your OS, and go into more detail in the main body. Our tech gremlins will then try to fix it as soon as possible!
