25 GB size sounds like you did not have the update 3 from October 12...
I was on patch 3 and Galaxy said the download was 27GB. Goodness knows what your 170MB was but it wasn't the latest fix.

Just to add to this: 181mb for me (after the 25gig update (patch 3) I installed on Sat.)

Patch 3 was 27 gigs, but today I had a DL of a patch around 200 megs. Seems to be around the same as with what Steam apparently had earlier.

Yah, seems like either they ironed out the update or it was glitched or something, cause I was 100% on Patch 3 in Galaxy when last night it downloaded an additional 25GB and then said it was Patch 3 Hotfix

Well, I downloaded the ~200MB patch manually from GoG and installed it before starting Galaxy.
Better safe than sorry. ;)
