I started a fresh playthrough in order to try and collect all the achievements that I missed. However, I can't get anything to register in galaxy despite having met the requirements for at least the TV Dinner achievement, and possibly other achievements that require some quantity of actions to be performed.
Has anyone managed to unlock even a single achievement since 1.2 dropped? I don't even have the Rapier collection achievement, yet somehow completing the game last year did register.

I'm trying to get my last missing achievement "It's Over" tried twice but no luck.
So it's quite possible that is some issue with geting achievements with the 1.2 version.

When the game was released I finished it and didn't get a single achievement.

In November I played the first level again and got first 3 achievements.

I waited for 1.2 to finally start earning the achievements and nothing is happening. Not a single achievement and I am already half done with the Reactor level.

It really leaves a bitter taste. Steam achievements work no problem as far as I can see in the friends list.

Do you have some kind of firewall on your PC?
If so try to add GoG process on whitelist as when game updates .exe gets updated as well and sometimes firewalls wont update their rules automaticaly.

When the game was released achievements were not working on GoG and they were fixed later on.

I have already tried that and it didn't help. Also why would it sync saves and not achievements. There is no separate control for GOG Galaxy sync, so that is not the issue.

Achievements worked for a very short period of time in November for me and now they don't again. And I am giving up on trying to fix it. It just left a bitter taste for my favorite game basically.

It's possible that new paatch broke achievements again. I remember when game launched, very few if any players were able to get achievements. After some time they fixed it.

Try to open support ticket with GoG Support.

I already sent multiple emails to Nightdive's support. This is on them to fix.

But this might be problem on GoG Galaxy side.

If anybody else can confirm this.
Checking "My progress" for "It's Over" achievement it say "Legendary" means that very few players unlocked this achievement even when its story related = bugged?
Could be the same with other achievements.

If this was a Galaxy issue I wouldn't be able to attain achievements in any game. The problem lies with Nightdive's exectuable. Which GOG has neither the authority or means to rewrite.

Speaking of which, last time I had this issue, a solo indie dev managed to identify and patch the problem in like 1.5 days of me filing my report. Meanwhile the wildly successful Nigthdive lets the remake of the reason their studio even exists languish with poor support.

I noticed a new 20 MB update has released. It does not fix achievements (at least, I still couldn't get "It's Over").

Changes I've noticed since 1.2:
- The fight against Shodan is now significantly harder (at least on max difficulty). You now have a life bar, and there are no health pickups. You now have to try your best not to get hit at all. If only we could skip the ride at the start, it would be a lot less annoying.
- Maybe I'm just imagining it, but the post-game credits appear to be significantly longer. It's also unskippable, which sucks. And don't alt-tab out of it, or else the screen will remain black after the credits.

Whatever their QA team is doing, it's obviously not working. I think Nightdive needs a new QA team.

For me achievements also dont work currently. They did last year during my first playthrough.
Second playthrough was started when 1.2 released.

I am missing 4 currently, 2 of which should have been unlocked ...
- It's Over
- Not even my final form

I think I can confirm all achivements do not work currently.

Specifically I tried with this achievement:

- Zapper

Yeah as of version 1.2.3/18898, achievements don't work for me either. I'm 100% certain I've done the requirements for multiple achievements too.
