Hi there FekLeyrtarg. Thank you for replying to me. Was having a little trouble to work discord. I know this is not where I am suppose to report this. I'm not sure if you are already aware. I flew a couple of missions where the planets seem to be out of scale and no longer back drops. An out of scale planet actually appeared in front of a Star Destroyer. Also I notice that the Suns are no longer yellow with flare. Just a bright whit ball. No detail. I know it's not my graphics card or customizing the graphics in game. Also I miss the planets being big in the background and combat taes place almost near orbit.

The planets are currently broken due to the move to HDRP.
The sun not glowing is probably because your bloom settings are turned off in the game display settings.

Thank you MjrParts. My bloom settings was not checked for some reasoning. Glowing effect works now.

Wow. I've read barely 2 pages of this thread and seen a couple of videos, and I'm blown away. Very, VERY impressed. I only came here to find out why GOG were not supplying the manual for XWing/TIE Collector!

Hello X wing team. I hope everyone is doing well with this pandemic and everything else going on in the world.
They had just announced a new game coming out. Star Wars Maveric Squadron which is an X wing/TIE fighter combo game. I beliieve it to be released to play station 5, x box and hopefully pc. Will this have any interference with the project x wing classic being worked on? Will Disney stop you?

Hi, I'm a Software Developer and recently finished a Harvard course in Unity Game Development. I'd love to help with this project. Are you planning to make it open source or there is a Git repo where I could collab?

At the moment we are using several Unity store assets like ReWired and Planets, that don't allow for open-sourcing. The code is in BitBucket, but in a private repo.

Just chiming in with my own "can't wait" sentiment. This looks (and sounds) like how I remember the original game, rose-colored glasses and all. While memory fills in the blanks with better imagery than was really there, this is how it "really looked" in my imagination. OUTSTANDING work, guys!

I'm curious... with this being in Unity, could it possibly support VR... or at least 3DVision and TrackIR as options? The idea of turning my head to look around in my fighter's cockpit... but in this classic gameplay mode... is just too amazing to NOT include! While my only VR at the moment is GearVR, I do have shutter glasses and head tracking on my pc which I use extensively in flight simming.
