It's sad to see the problem was still not resolve.

I just bought Speed Busters and the game doesn't lauch correctly :( Sound file .INI problem and CD start up... Very disappointed :( I'm on Seven 64Bits and if I use or not my drive emulation software the game crash. And I have a physical DVD drive of course.

I found a topic which can explain why it is not working, maybe GOG can look into it.

Yep, problem here also. Game tries to start. Logo shows for a couple of seconds then screen goes black and music plays (forever). Win 7 64. Processor 2.26 GHz.

.26 GHz too fast for this game?

I don't know, I haven't got the GOG version, but I can't get mine to work either (2.2GHz).
I'm not going to change stuff in my bios as I have very bad experiences with that.
I was hoping someone from GOG support take a look and shine a light, but I guess you have to ask support for help.
