Apocalypse11: For everyone who is trying to run this game on a laptop please make sure you have set your battery profile to ''High performance''. And not ''Power saving''. I was just experiencing the same black screen problem, tried to fix it for about 4 hours and all it took was to switch battery profiles.

marheikk: I had problems with the game on Windows 8, the game would not start and it only gave me blank screen. The solution was to run the game in Windows 98 compability mode, now it works!
