FYI, I opened a ticket for this like the rest of you. About 30 minutes ago, GOG sent an e-mail advising it is resolved.

However, the bonus materials AKA "goodies" AKA "Deluxe Edition Upgrade" AKA "art book and soundtrack downloads" have SPOILERS, so I've downloaded them but will not be reading or listening to them because I'm still working through the game.

I'd suggest others do the same. The soundtrack titles are suggestive and the art book's table of contents state in big block letters: WARNING SPOILERS ARE CONTAINED IN THIS BOOK.

So, we've got it but probably don't want to enjoy these bonus materials until after at least a first run-through.
