Got the same problem, would love to play the game but crashes all the time after 1-2 minutes

Does this happen to anyone after trying the gambling tower thing?

Edit: Ignore the above.. it happened again without touching any items or interfaces.

Might I recommend sending a ticket to support and see if it's possible to get the previous version put online until a fix can be made by the dev.

It kinda looks like its a problem with GOG because i cant see any complains with the games on steam or complains from players who bought this game on steam in the first place

Sadly, the previous version wasn't that much better. This game has been broken - in some form or another - for some time now.

With that many people having a problem, it shouldn't be my setup.

Strangely, there seem to be no complaints on the steam-forums of risk of rain.
And I believe, they are too on v 1.28.

This doesn't happen with my Steam copy, or the DRM-Free version from the Humble Bundle, but I'm getting this every time I try to play about halfway through the first level on the GOG version.

Also can confirm that my Steam version is working perfectly.

GoG needs to put pressure on the developer to release a working version.

I'm experiencing the same! Game crashes after several minutes.

crashes for me like everybody else. This is a disappointing one, I was having a lot of fun for the 2-4 minutes it allowes me to play at a time before that Draw Event error happens
