sethsez: Nope, standard wired official 360 controller, standard Microsoft drivers for it. Works in every other game, but nothing gets it working in Rayman 2, including compatibility settings and running as an admin.
kalirion: Hmm, did you try going into the in-game controller settings? What did it do? For what it's worth, I used to have the game on a previous computer and the 360 controller worked just fine there, so I know what SHOULD be happening. It's very strange, since I figured this was just a Windows 7 64-bit issue but apparently others are having it work just fine.

Same issue here - 0 response anywhere in the game, even the calibrate menu. I'd rather use native support if I can before I get X-Padder mapped.

The Logitech Dual Action controller works great for Rayman 2. You only have to remap some buttons in the Setpoint program from Logitech. Much better than the 360 pad for POP Sands of Time as well.

Has anybody figured out how to at least change the controls in the game? The default layout for the 360 is pretty horrid for me and I can't get any controller mapping program to fix it. Is it possible for customizable controls to be patched in to make this more playable or are games basically put on GOG then never changed?

Maybe those who have successfully played Rayman 2 with an Xbox360 controller could paste OS?

kalirion: It's a long shot, but you don't have anything else connected that the game might mistake for the primary game controller, do you? Edit - Didn't work...what the hell could it be? :o

I've tried a few things. I have 3 controllers, one is a generic USB 360 Controller, listed by Windows as "TSZ360 Pad" and the other 2 are original wireless 360 controllers.
So far, I've been unsuccesful trying to make my generic 360 controller to work, so Xpadder is the thing for this one, BUT, when I connect one of the wireless controllers, listed as "Player 2" by the middle X ring, the game DOES recognize this one, but the buttons are awfully mapped (jump with B, fire with A, camera with X and Y, lock on enemies with LB and RT).
So, for now, even if I don't have analog movement, I prefer to use Xpadder with my generic 360 controller.
