No you often see TET, Judas, G-Doc, Theiv(I think that's his user name here) and a few others often check and post in the forums. You just have to keep in mind that there not a large company and often have to take care of other things such as testing new/upcoming releases checking with their legal guy and negotiating with companies to get more games and trying to clear up legal messes with some potential releases such as Blood omen 1, getting extras, fixing up any issues with current and upcomming releases and so on that they can't contently scan every forum here and answer every question in a timely manner.
