The resolution mod will absolutely invalidate your old saves.

Good idea.I put a note there that it is not recommended to change mods midgame or use them with earlier savegames.

By the way, I experimented a little last night with the wide screen mod. Uninstalling only the mods and then installing them again led to all sorts of really weird and broken graphics, and most of the time the game just crashes instead of starting. So if anyone wants to reinstall the wide screen mod to change resolution, just uninstall everything including the game itself, and start over. That way, it will run when you're done, and run smoothly.

Is there a similar guide anywhere for Baldurs Gate 1? I can see various fixpacks to download, but I'd love something that steps through which bits should and should not be applied like this PS:T guide.
