Wisdom is the one stat that opens up more options during game play than any other stat. Regardless of what ending you "aim for".
You can spend 100 hours exploring everything, irrc. If you go for the main storyline only it's faster, you could get through it in a week or two, but not before Castlevannia hits, I think that's on Wed.
I have forgotten how long 40 hours takes when playing a game. I have to be near the end, but it feels like it should have wrapped itself up already. I love the game, the main story at least, and the world they created for it, but some of these side quests bogged me down into things I didn't feel really rewarded after completing.

But then again, side quests that didn't seem to naturally branch off from the main quest have always kind of been a sticking point for me. At some point, it feels like I've traded in grinding by killing monsters to grinding by doing mundane chores.

Except for that little gripe though? Best. Game. Ever. :D
Once upon a time, I think I managed to complete it in 15 hours, but this was when I had every aspect of the game in my head.
