Still enjoying the game, and the Omega upgrade made it a bit easier for me. Unfortunately, the game is crashing when starting a new level. I made it to Sparta, and it crashed. I re-started the game and continued, and it took me to the previous non-boss level before it crashed, then to the boss level, and then crashed starting Sparta. I started over with a new game and it crashed starting Delphi. Since my last post I upgraded to Ubuntu 16.04, but still an AMD E-350x2 with 3.5 gb RAM.

EDIT: I played it some more today, and it keeps my heroes from before it crashed. Today it was crashing going into Ephesus from Delphi. I tried three times and I'm now up to 14 heroes! This time it's making me go through all the Delphi levels each time it crashes. Hope this helps.

I get this thread is 2+ years old. But I just bought this game on and the bug I ran into was I had no in game audio at all. Turns out the in game audio levels were automatically set to 0% by default.
I get that this bug may never be fixed since I'm sure the devs have moved on to other things at this point but I'm more posting this here to let other people know that if they don't have game audio to make sure its not set to 0% in game.

Game refuses to detect gamepad button input. It detects the joystick but no A B X Y.
