I made a detailed ZenDesk with pics and video... we all should too! the new changes in the patch might help, it touches on shippads and landing physics some what.... well when ever that patch comes here lol

Fixed an issue that was causing starships to vanish when landing on space stations in systems with a high number of ambient freighters.
Introduced a number of CPU and rendering optimisations for OpenVR.
Introduced better error messages when the game fails to start because of Vulkan compatibility issues.
Allowed users to choose preferred GPU on startup in cases where their discrete GPU driver requires an update but their integrated GPU driver does not.

Not sure what they thought they fixed but this latest patch made it worse for me.
I had ships landing in the space station pretty regularly before this latest patch, now they come into the station but vanish as soon as they land.
New patch.
Looks fixed. And it was an issue with Freighters after all.

Now using GOG NMS Offline Backup Installer 2.09.4 Hotfix

And have not experienced ships vanishing when landing in space stations

NB - They are also making fixes to some long standing issues, which did not get any mention in patch notes recently - Go stand near a window in those side rooms on a space station, if you know what the Max Headroom Glitch bug is (when you get too close to a station window the third person camera would start to madly jump around .. FIXED! :)

I just sent hellogames zendesk thanks response emails to three issues they have corrected with the most recent patches, and confirmed the issues can be closed as far as I am concerned.

Landing issue 100% fixed now on all areas tested... no clue if it will come back but within 2 minutes of being in-game i watched 4 ships land in station, trading platforms full landing no more pop-out and freighter i saw one land while testing...

Im happier then a pogo-stick in a kangaroo farm!
