I'm enjoying play ing VR, but there are still a few problems that need fixing.
One of the most annoying is the bug water shader, which causes different
water reflections on each eye, make the water surface very confusing to
look at!
Also, aliasing is quite bad, particularly on the grass unless using very
high graphics settings. And when I do, the image quality gets better but if
I move my head fast everything waves and distorts like crazy... :-(
And while piloting space ships is very fun, the controls are definitely difficult to use,
and the seated position is not correctly aligned.

My setup:

Valve Index + Controllers
1080 Ti
i7 3700K
32 Gb RAM

I might have to upgrade to a 2080Ti and one of those 12 or 16-core GPUs :-)
