if D3dcompiler_47 is the source of trouble, you could try to install DirectX. It should already be installed, but you may need to install a newer version.
Check out
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/179113/how-to-install-the-latest-version-of-directx Checking my system, I can see the .dll file is available in my C:\Windows\System32 folder (and thus likely easily readable by any program which need it)
It is also found in the Gog Galaxy client folder
My Opera browser folder
My Discord folder
My Minecraft folder
My Firefox folder
and quite a few other places.
Copying the file from somewhere else on your system into the game folder, And perhaps the x86 or x64 folders as well would make it available without installing DirectX again, though if one thing is missing, chances are others are too.
Also you may want to check the Event Viewer of your system. Not sure what it would be named in French, but pressing Windows key + R to bring up the run dialog, and typing eventvwr and hitting enter should open the event viewer, regardless of language.
Under Windows logs (folder with a small monitor icon), select the program/application log and check if any errors or warnings pop up around the time you start the game, it may log errors there.
I've looked around for where the game could be saving log files, but either it doesn't at all, or it only does so if it crashes.
