Devil's Cavern is a quest related location. You don't need just to speak to someone: you must solve an intricate quest.
[spoiler] First of all, you have to bring back to Guss his ring. Then, you have to arrest DiCerbio and torture him.[/spoiler]

I cannot get to floor three on the colloseum and will not let me bash the door to get to the stairs....anyone know where the key is to get in there?

Have a look at this map. The key drops from an enemy on the right side of the level.

Weird went back there and key wasn't there (map already explored) but I did find a tiny square button on the wall- pushed it and then looked back in the tunnels behind that area and found the key =/ (I had just been there before I checked the forum again and it showed up after pushing the button)dunnno...but thank you for general area =)

You will receive it from Gustapho Letti (in the cathedral in NE Alvaron) once he will ask you to stop Archbishop Laurencius.
